In short, my lessons cover three main areas of development: Social/Emotional, Academic, and Career. In the social and emotional lessons, I teach about emotions, self regulation, what to do with anxiety, and Bully Prevention. In the Academic lessons, I cover such topics as growth mindset, and goal setting. Finally, during the Career portion of my lessons, we cover developmentally appropriate lessons about career exploration, job skills and expectations, diversity, and integrating self-knowledge into life and career plans.
